How It Works:

CUSTOM ORDER FORMS

on our website.

NOTE: A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required on SOME ORDERS

Payment links will be provided through email once we receive and verify

 your order information with you!!

Why We May Ask For a DEPOSIT?

We don’t want to waste time and resources!

2. Send us a high-quality photo (jpeg or png file preferred) with your request via OUR CUSTOM FORM or our Email.

 3. After we review your photo and verify your order then payment, we will then create your Digital product based on the information we obtain from you when you order !

4. Once your digital product is created (usually within 36-48 hours), we will send your digital product (Mp4, Mp3, PNG or possible Zip File) to your specified email.

Tips for Choosing the Best Photo
✔ Clear, High-Resolution Image – Blurry or pixelated photos may not animate smoothly.
✔ Front-Facing Portraits Work Best – Faces looking straight ahead or slightly angled produce the best results.
✔ Good Lighting & Contrast – Avoid overly dark or washed-out photos, as details may be lost.
✔ Multiple faces are OK, but the more complex the image is, the more restricted we will be in how much we can animate it. 

Remember, AI IS WONDERFUL BUT IS NOT PERFECT!

 

Avoid

❌ Extreme Side Profiles – Full side views may not animate properly.

❌ Obstructed Faces – Glasses glare, shadows, or objects covering the face can impact results.

❌ Low-Quality Scans – If using an old printed photo, ensure it’s scanned clearly rather than taken with a phone camera.

Our Business does not accept returns or exchanges. NO REFUNDS!

Your AI digital product is made to order and will be available and sent to you by email you provide. We may also send your images or videos through to your messenger cellphone as well.

Please contact us jbdigiverse@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving your digital order if there is an issue. 

Note: Any revisions may carry a fee after product approval from customer!!

Please make sure you have enough storage space on your device to download AI Images, songs or videos.
